Shipping
Orders are released for dispatch only upon receipt of cleared payment in full. If the item is not in stock then it will only be ordered from the supplier upon receipt of full payment.
This website currently supports shipping to Australia and New Zealand only.
Shipping cost is free unless otherwise stated.
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within three working days of receipt of payment. For larger orders, custom orders and back-orders, please allow 15-20 days. If expected delivery time is outside 20 days we will contact you to confirm your acceptance of the expected time frame.
Unless you instruct us otherwise, orders which are unable to be filled from in-stock items may be delivered in instalments.
The deposit of goods with our nominated carrier for shipment constitutes supply for the purposes of this agreement, and, as a consequence, all risk associated with the loss of, or damage to, goods in transit rests with the purchaser. Similarly, the costs of, and sole responsibility for, transit insurance rests with the purchaser.
Once the items are shipped from our warehouse or our suppliers warehouse we can upon request provide tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. When goods are shipped using our nominated carrier someone needs to be at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods, if no one is at the delivery point and the items have to be re-delivered a re-delivery fee will apply.
If upon receiving your goods you find them to be defective or faulty in any way, please contact Gencom immediately.
Cancelling an Order
Orders for goods being indented for the Buyer by the Seller may not be cancelled without prior consent in writing by the Seller. A cancellation fee of a minimum of 20% of the selling price to the Buyer will apply on approval of order cancellation.
Returns and Refunds
We reserve the right to determine if an item can be returned, we also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20%. On most e-shop orders we have a non return policy and items can only be returned if the goods are deemed faulty or do not perform as advertised, we will not refund items if you simply change your mind or have ordered the wrong thing, returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation number from Gencom which need to be requested within 7days of receipt of goods.
Due to the non-return policy we suggest that you choose carefully and if you are in any doubt if an item will suit your purpose do not hesitate to contact us for clarification.
